"I ordered a Steelers shirt and was..."
I ordered a Steelers shirt and was disappointed when it showed up. The print looked a lot more faded than it did in the pictures, and the fabric felt thin straight out of the bag, like maybe it had been sitting around for a while or something.
After just one wash, it got kind of weird and the collar started curling up. Maybe I just got a bad one, but for what I paid, I expected it to hold up better. I probably wouldn’t order another.

I bought this as a gift and was disappointed when it showed up later than expected. I usually try to avoid anything that might be a last-minute risk, so the delay was frustrating. When it finally arrived, it also looked cheaper than I thought it would, which made me a little embarrassed to give it

"I was excited ordering from Yinzer Shop..."
I was excited ordering from Yinzer Shop because some of the items reminded me of home in that warm, nostalgic kind of way. I really wanted to love it when the package showed up. The stuff was decent, and the quality wasn’t bad, but once I added shipping, the total just felt higher than what I actually got. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just one of those moments where you open the box and think, “Hmm, I expected a little more for the price.” I might order again if there’s a good sale, but probably not at full price

"I was trying to buy a shirt..."
I was trying to buy a shirt, but the checkout page kept loading oddly and my cart changed on me a couple times. I did eventually get the order through, and the shirt itself seemed worth grabbing, but the process was a bit frustrating and not as smooth as I’d hoped

"Order mix-up and nobody seemed to own it"
A few of the items in my order were wrong, which was frustrating enough, but the bigger issue was trying to figure out who was actually responsible for fixing it. I kept getting passed around and it never felt clear who owned the problem. Annoying experience overall.

"Solid Pittsburgh gear, worth the wait"
I grabbed some Stillers gear and overall I’m happy with it. The quality is nice and it’s the kind of stuff I’ll actually wear on game days, so it was a useful buy. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but the items were good once they arrived...

"Selection felt really limited"
I was hoping there would be more to choose from, but the selection felt small. A lot of the items looked almost the same, and I had trouble finding the sizes and designs I actually wanted. After paying, I also started feeling a little uneasy because I wasn’t totally confident about what I’d get or if it would be worth it. Overall, there just wasn’t much that made me want to order again.

I’m particular about how clothes fit, and this was definitely tighter than I’d normally be comfortable with. I’d recommend sizing up if you don’t like a snug fit.

"I was let down by my order..."
I was let down by my order from yinzershop.com. It took longer than I expected, and the updates I got didn’t really explain anything. Every time I checked in, it felt like I was just getting vague promises like it would ship soon or someone would look into it, but nothing actually changed for a while. When the order finally showed up, it just didn’t feel worth all the waiting and back-and-forth. Customer service was slow to respond too, so overall I wouldn’t order from them again

I had to do an exchange, and it took a bit longer than I was hoping. My sister had asked me about ordering too, so I told her the product was fine, but the return process was kind of slow in my experience.

"I like the stuff, but the sizes sell..."
I like the stuff, but the sizes sell out way too often. It’s kind of annoying having to keep checking back over and over just to see if my size is finally in stock.
"Wish the packaging felt more secure"
The box showed up in rough shape, with the corners all crushed, which made me a little nervous about what I’d find inside. The shirt was okay, but it smelled like cardboard dust, and the packaging just felt really flimsy. I’d feel a lot better ordering again if it came in something sturdier and more protected.

I reached out to customer service and ended up having to wait longer than I expected just to get a response. I get that things can be busy, but it felt like I was being forced to practice patience against my will. When they finally got back to me, the answer wasn’t all that useful either. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the support could definitely be better

"Shipping took forever..."
I ordered a shirt, it took way longer to arrive than I thought it would. The shirt itself was fine, no real complaints there! But the slow shipping was frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something by a certain date.

The jersey just didn’t look authentic to me. I was hoping for a little more reassurance or clear info, but I kind of felt left in the dark about what I was actually getting.

"Website was frustrating to use"
I tried looking around on my phone, but the whole site felt clunky. The menu kept shifting around, and it made it hard to just browse without getting annoyed.
The filters didn’t really narrow things down much, and checkout was confusing enough that I ended up quitting. The products might be fine, but it just made the whole ordering process feel like more trouble than it was worth
